The Rules of LustJournal
If you have an account here, you can use your LustJournal blog to write a not-so-secret sex diary, reminisce about past encounters, share fantasies, write erotic fiction or comment on the politics of sexuality. If you just want to write an ordinary ho-hum blog with the occasional titillating story, that’s fine, too.
Photo, video and audio posting are allowed and encouraged subject to the rules below. Please try to use one of the many free hosting services to host the actual files where possible.
If you’re just here to comment, comment away. Gravatars are enabled right up to the “X-rated” level and the use of R and X rated avatars is encouraged.
If you’re just reading, there’s just one rule - be of legal age for your jurisdiction.
There are a few rules and they basically boil down to this - don’t abuse and endanger the site or its users. Treat everyone - the site owner, readers, other members, advertisers, commenters - the way you’d want to be treated.
More specifically:
- Don’t spam, splog, or scrape.
- Don’t advocate anything illegal or provide instructions for illegal activity.
- But you absolutely can advocate changing laws.
- If you confess to a sex crime, we’ll cooperate with law enforcement. Protect yourself by making sure fantasy is labeled as fantasy!
- Legal escort and adult entertainment services are encouraged to get a blog.
- Don’t embed illegal media in your posts.
- Don’t push scams, frauds, etc..
- Don’t try to hack the server or your readers. No viruses, trojans (other than the condom), spyware, worms, etc.
These rules can be changed at any time if a user abuses the system in any way.
